Coconut Island is a miniscule island park that offers secluded spots to picnic, as well as sandy bottomed pools to dip your feet in. The park is connected to the Hilo Hawaiian Hotel by a footbridge along Banyan Way. For the adventurous, the stone tower, on the east side of the island, is a perfect place for cliff diving.
